H2O Release Complex and Abyssinian Oil help provide intense, sustained-release hydration that locks in moisture. A microencapsulated tint releases upon application to provide light, neutral coverage. Wear over your moisturizer, or after moisturizer and before foundation for a lasting makeup finish.
